Float Medical Assistant – St. Joseph County

Full-Time.  Responsibilities include rooming patients & collecting patient history; performing screenings per provider guidelines; assisting physicians/physician extenders with various procedures; EMR charting; assisting patients as needed with walking, transfers, dressing, collecting specimens, preparing for exam; relaying instructions & pertinent information to patients/families, etc.

Phone Triage – St. Joseph County

Full-Time – Elm Road. Provides phone triage during clinic operations for patients by consulting, gathering information, evaluating patient needs over the phone and entering of accurate patient data. Must have excellent customer service skills, accurate data entry skills.

OT/CHT – St. Joseph County

Full-Time.  Graduate of an accredited school with a BS, MS or MA in OT and licensed within the state of Indiana Hand experience necessary.

Physical Therapist – St. Joseph County

Full-Time.  Must have a BS, MA, MS or DPT in Physical Therapy and licensed within the state of Indiana.  Previous outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine background preferred.  New grads welcome!

Physical Therapy Technician – St. Joseph County

Full-Time.  Elm Road.  Assist physical therapists with patient care, administrative duties, clean and maintain therapy area. No prior experience necessary.

Systems Administrator – St. Joseph County

Full-Time Monday – Friday. Assist in the design, technical support, administration and maintenance of Windows based network and server systems.  Responsibilities will include the coverage of help desk tickets/change requests, participation on assigned project teams, building and testing new systems to design standards and maintaining the optimum performance of all systems and services. Additional responsibilities also include those of general server maintenance such as applying system patches, performing upgrades, maintaining access controls, installing operating systems and application software, troubleshooting system problems and following proper disposal and decommissioning procedures for retired systems as well as maintaining, updating, troubleshooting telephone and video systems. This position will also prepare new systems for network and data communications while ensuring that these system configurations meet the intended requirements and are compatible with existing systems and network services. Due to the nature of this position, and the requirement for extended coverage, this position may be required to work hours outside of a regular schedule.  Four years minimum experience, requires working knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, networking, MS Exchange, web services, and remote access methodologies.

Facility Manager – Elkhart County

Full-Time – Middlebury.  Responsible for planning, organizing and directing all activities of the facility.  Coordinates and directs patient care and related activities of the facility.  Participates in financial and budget decisions.  Responsible for management of the staff, materials/equipment and building.  Promotes a favorable image of the facility to patients, physicians, employers, insurance companies and the community.  Bachelor’s degree, required 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Certified Coding and Billing Specialist – Elkhart County

Full-Time.  Responsible for claims filing, entering charges, claim follow-up and collections for our Ambulatory Surgery Center.  Keeps track of all surgeries performed and obtains the operative notes for billing.  Post payments and balances daily, follows up on insurance claims and makes collection calls as needed.  Certified Coder and knowledge of ICD10 coding required.

Surgical Nurse Practitioner/PA – Elkhart County

Full-Time. Hours are approximately between 7:00am – 5:00pm. Provides skilled assistance to the surgeons in the hospital and ASC Operating Rooms. Successfully works with the OR staff to facilitate turnover of surgery rooms to maximize the efficiency of the surgical team.  Requires a Master’s Degree in Nursing, must be licensed in the State of Indiana. Previous experience in a surgical setting required.

Physical Therapist – Elkhart County

Full-Time preferred. Evaluates and treats patients with musculoskeletal injuries, conditions and disabilities through the use of various physical modalities, therapeutic exercises and therapeutic procedures in accordance with the physician’s orders and department policies. B.S., M.S., or DPT in an accredited physical therapy program. Must be licensed in the State of Indiana.

Computer/Network Support Technician – Elkhart County

Full-Time Monday – Friday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the help desk and responding to end user problems and questions for a multi-site organization. Other duties include assisting with the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software, troubleshooting minor network problems and providing support to the IT staff. Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field preferred. Microsoft or other Technical Certifications a plus. Prior experience in IT preferred.

ASC Quality Assurance Coordinator – Elkhart County

Part-Time, 20 hours per week.  Responsibilities include quality assurance, risk management, OSHA, infection control, emergency preparedness and life safety. Will also write policies and procedures for these programs and monitor ongoing regulatory changes. Must have a current Indiana Registered Nurse license and have a minimum of 2 years nursing experience in an ambulatory setting. Ability to work with a minimum of supervision and organize work in order of importance.
