Therapy Manager – St. Joseph County

Full-Time.  Responsible for the development and supervision of physical and occupational therapy departments.  Qualified Physical Therapist candidates must demonstrate current competencies as a practicing Therapist, and preferably have some supervisory/managerial level experience.  Candidates must show abilities in attention to patient care, organizing staff schedules, maintaining compliance and facilitating continuous quality improvement programs.  Education and License requirements include BS in Health Science and current state PT license/certification.

MRI Clinical Assistant – St. Joseph County

Part-Time.  Monday–Thursday 4PM–8PM.  Friday 7AM–4:30PM.  The position would be responsible for scheduling/screening MRI scans, assisting MRI Tech’s with patients, customer service and accurate data entry.  Medical Assisting background preferred, knowledge of medical terminology and experience with medical software/office equipment desirable.

PT/OT Tech – St. Joseph County

Full-Time.  Assist with patient care, administrative duties, clean and maintain therapy area.  No prior experience necessary.

OT – St. Joseph County

Part-Time.  Graduate of an accredited school with a BS, MS or MA in OT and licensed within the state of Indiana Hand experience necessary.

Pre-Certification Specialist – Elkhart County

Full-Time.  Responsibilities include obtaining pre-certification for all surgeries, therapy services, diagnostic testing, etc.  Prior pre-certification experience or insurance background preferred.

Medical Records Associate – Elkhart County

Full-Time.  Rotating hours:  One week 7:30a – 4:30p, next week 8:00a – 5:00pm.  Prior medical records, office and computer knowledge preferred.  Responsible for answering phones from patients, other doctor offices and hospitals.  Retrieves and sends patient records, meets with patients face-to-face and will also train to be the back person for AFLA & Disability forms.  Must be willing to fill in when others are out of the medical documents office.

Surgical Nurse Practitioner/PA – Elkhart County

Full-Time. Hours are approximately between 7:00am – 5:00pm. Provides skilled assistance to the surgeons in the hospital and ASC Operating Rooms. Successfully works with the OR staff to facilitate turnover of surgery rooms to maximize the efficiency of the surgical team.  Requires a Master’s Degree in Nursing, must be licensed in the State of Indiana. Previous experience in a surgical setting required.

Physical Therapist – Elkhart County

Full-Time preferred. Evaluates and treats patients with musculoskeletal injuries, conditions and disabilities through the use of various physical modalities, therapeutic exercises and therapeutic procedures in accordance with the physician’s orders and department policies. B.S., M.S., or DPT in an accredited physical therapy program. Must be licensed in the State of Indiana.

Computer/Network Support Technician – Elkhart County

Full-Time Monday – Friday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the help desk and responding to end user problems and questions for a multi-site organization. Other duties include assisting with the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software, troubleshooting minor network problems and providing support to the IT staff. Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field preferred. Microsoft or other Technical Certifications a plus. Prior experience in IT preferred.
