Digital Content Manager – St. Joseph County/Elkhart County

Full-Time. Monday-Friday with some evenings and weekends required. Must have a degree in Marketing with a background in digital marketing concepts. Graphic design background is also preferred. Will monitor and update websites listings, monitor online reviews, develop social media strategy, monitor and track press releases. Therapy Registration Specialist – St. Joseph County

Full-time.  This position will primarily be located at Elm Road but may also provide coverage at Carmichael. Hours are generally 7:00am – 3:30pm but will also be required to close 1 to 2 nights per week. Closing hours would be 8:00am – 6:00pm, or if closing 2 nights 9:00am – 6:00pm.   Duties will include greeting patients, checking patients in, updating insurance information and answering phones in a professional manner.  Prior customer service experience preferred.

Physical Therapist – St. Joseph County

Full-time.  Must have a BS, MA, MS or DPT in Physical Therapy and licensed within the state of Indiana. Previous outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine background preferred. New grads welcome!

OT/CHT – St. Joseph County

Full-time.  Graduate of an accredited school with a BS, MS or MA in OT and licensed within the state of Indiana. Hand experience necessary.

Physical Therapy Technician – St. Joseph County

Full Time. Elm Road.  Assist physical and occupational therapists with patient care, administrative duties, clean and maintain therapy area. No prior experience necessary.

Pre-Certification Specialist – St. Joseph County

Full-time. Carmichael Drive.  Monday-Friday.  Oversee managed care in-patient and out-patient referral and pre-authorization process. Consult with physicians, staff, and providers regarding the certification process. Verify insurance for in-network eligibility and benefits. Communicate with facilities to obtain pre-certification numbers.

Medical Records Clerk – Elkhart County

Full Time. California Road.  Hours are Monday-Friday with hours rotating 1 week from 7:30am-4:30pm, and 2nd week from 8:00am-5:00pm. Responsibilities include scanning papers into patient charts, answering incoming phone calls and tracking down outside medical records for appointments. Ability to multi-task, excellent customer service and computer skills are required.

Patient Services Representative – Elkhart County

Full Time – Goshen office.  Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm or 8:15am – 5:15pm.  Duties include patient registration, patient discharge, and scheduling patient appointments.  Previous experience in a medical office setting, excellent customer service and computer skills are required.  Bilingual is a plus.
 
Therapy Registration – Elkhart County

Full Time. California Road.  Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:45am – 4:45pm. Greets patients, checks in, completes paperwork, verifies and enters demographic information. Adds insurance information and scans insurance cards. Must have good computer and customer service skills.

Therapy Registration Float – Elkhart County

Full Time. California Road.  Responsible for covering therapy reception as well as the clinic reception desk.  Hours are 8:15am – 5:15pm Monday through Friday.

ASC Quality Assurance Coordinator – Elkhart County

Part-Time, 20 hours per week.  Responsibilities include quality assurance, risk management, OSHA, infection control, emergency preparedness and life safety. Will also write policies and procedures for these programs and monitor ongoing regulatory changes. Must have a current Indiana Registered Nurse license and have a minimum of 2 years nursing experience in an ambulatory setting. Ability to work with a minimum of supervision and organize work in order of importance.

Systems Administrator - St Joseph County

Full-time. Carmichael / Elm Rd.  Under moderate supervision, this position will assist in the design, technical support, administration and maintenance of Windows based network and server systems.  Responsibilities will include the coverage of help desk tickets/change requests, participation on assigned project teams, building and testing new systems to design standards and maintaining the optimum performance of all systems and services. Additional responsibilities also include those of general server maintenance such as applying system patches, performing upgrades, maintaining access controls, installing operating systems and application software, troubleshooting system problems and following proper disposal and decommissioning procedures for retired systems as well as maintaining, updating, troubleshooting telephone and video systems. This position will also prepare new systems for network and data communications while ensuring that these system configurations meet the intended requirements and are compatible with existing systems and network services. Due to the nature of this position, and the requirement for extended coverage, this position may be required to work hours outside of a regular schedule.

Responsibilities
  Applies knowledge of and experience with routine technological concepts in systems and network development, installation and maintenance.
♦  Administers Active Directory, DNS, File/Print/Terminal Services, Certificates, and Group Policies.
♦  Researches, tests and deploys Windows patches.
♦  Maintains, troubleshoots and updates current Telecommunications and Video systems
♦  Assists in development, implementation and testing for Disaster Preparedness.
♦  Performs routine and non-routine work on technical assignments.
♦  Provides Help Desk Support as needed.
♦  Adheres to confidentiality (HIPAA) requirements.
♦  Responds to critical after hours support issues.

Qualifications
♦  Four years minimum experience in network administration and trouble-shooting networked systems. Requires a working knowledge of Ethernet,
    TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, networking, MS Exchange (hosted and on premise), web services, and remote access methodologies.
♦  Experience with data backup systems, administration skills in, VoIP, Citrix and HyperV desired.
♦  Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
♦  Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form and with all levels of employees; possess good interpersonal skills.
♦  Must be willing to work hours outside of a regular schedule

Computer/Network Support Technician - Elkhart County

Full-time.  California Road. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the help desk and responding to end user problems and questions for a multi-site organization. Other duties include assisting with the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software, troubleshooting minor network problems and providing support to the IT staff.

Primary Responsibilities
• Support for all incoming Helpdesk requests while establishing issue priorities and expediting resolutions
• Provide support for Microsoft Office products, Windows environments, and various other software.
• Client machine setups and user profile configurations
• Test fixes to ensure problems have been adequately resolved
• Assist with maintaining documentation while following company policies and Standard Operating Procedures
• Travel between facilities required

Technical Expectations:
• Exceed end user expectations while being courteous and respectful
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Good organization skills and be detail oriented. Ability to prioritize issues
• Good working knowledge of current Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Working knowledge of networking basics- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wireless Access
• Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
• Working knowledge of iPhone / Android, Antivirus, Office 365 is a plus
• Citrix and Windows Server experience is a plus

Education and Experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field preferred
• Microsoft or other Technical Certifications are a plus
• Two to three years previous experience preferred.
