Full-time. This position will primarily be located at Elm Road but may also provide coverage at Carmichael. Full-time. Carmichael Drive. Monday-Friday. Oversee managed care in-patient and out-patient referral and pre-authorization process. Consult with physicians, staff, and providers regarding the certification process. Verify insurance for in-network eligibility and benefits. Communicate with facilities to obtain pre-certification numbers.
Full Time. California Road. Hours are Monday-Friday with hours rotating 1 week from 7:30am-4:30pm, and 2nd week from 8:00am-5:00pm. Responsibilities include scanning papers into patient charts, answering incoming phone calls and tracking down outside medical records for appointments. Ability to multi-task, excellent customer service and computer skills are required.
Full Time. California Road. Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:45am – 4:45pm. Greets patients, checks in, completes paperwork, verifies and enters demographic information. Adds insurance information and scans insurance cards. Must have good computer and customer service skills.
Full Time. California Road. Responsible for covering therapy reception as well as the clinic reception desk. Hours are 8:15am – 5:15pm Monday through Friday.
Part-Time, 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include quality assurance, risk management, OSHA, infection control, emergency preparedness and life safety. Will also write policies and procedures for these programs and monitor ongoing regulatory changes. Must have a current Indiana Registered Nurse license and have a minimum of 2 years nursing experience in an ambulatory setting. Ability to work with a minimum of supervision and organize work in order of importance.
Full-time. Carmichael / Elm Rd. Under moderate supervision, this position will assist in the design, technical support, administration and maintenance of Windows based network and server systems. Responsibilities will include the coverage of help desk tickets/change requests, participation on assigned project teams, building and testing new systems to design standards and maintaining the optimum performance of all systems and services. Additional responsibilities also include those of general server maintenance such as applying system patches, performing upgrades, maintaining access controls, installing operating systems and application software, troubleshooting system problems and following proper disposal and decommissioning procedures for retired systems as well as maintaining, updating, troubleshooting telephone and video systems. This position will also prepare new systems for network and data communications while ensuring that these system configurations meet the intended requirements and are compatible with existing systems and network services. Due to the nature of this position, and the requirement for extended coverage, this position may be required to work hours outside of a regular schedule.
♦ Applies knowledge of and experience with routine technological concepts in systems and network development, installation and maintenance.
♦ Administers Active Directory, DNS, File/Print/Terminal Services, Certificates, and Group Policies.

♦ Experience with data backup systems, administration skills in, VoIP, Citrix and HyperV desired.
♦ Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
♦ Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form and with all levels of employees; possess good interpersonal skills.

Full-time. California Road. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the help desk and responding to end user problems and questions for a multi-site organization. Other duties include assisting with the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software, troubleshooting minor network problems and providing support to the IT staff.
• Support for all incoming Helpdesk requests while establishing issue priorities and expediting resolutions
• Provide support for Microsoft Office products, Windows environments, and various other software.

Education and Experience
