Ascendant’s board certified podiatrists treat a wide range of foot ailments. Common problems include abnormal skin growths or wounds, nail disease, heel and foot pain, foot deformities, and ankle and foot fractures. Our physicians are particularly skilled at diagnosing the cause of a foot problem, then pursuing a course of treatment using the most advanced podiatric care techniques available in the region. If surgery is required, procedures are usually performed as an outpatient surgery procedure. But most Ascendant podiatry patients are dealing with skin and soft-tissue problems that can be successfully treated without surgery. These even include diabetic patients who are particularly susceptible to serious foot problems.
